108 Project

So whats the deal with the number 108?  I am so glad you came to find out.Here is how it works. I am asking friends, family, neighbors, previous youth kids, other ministers and anyone else willing to support me to join the 108 project.  I am asking 108 people to support me for $108 and I will loose 108 lbs. So 108 lbs for $108 from 108 sponsors = $11664.00 or 108 square feet in the new church building. Through teaming together we could fund a new clean childs classroom.  

Our church is in the midst of a fundraising drive and as leadership and ministers we have been asking for our members to give sacrificially to God to make it happen.  Our building project looks overwhelming when you see the total number of the cost but when it is all said and done it breaks down to just $108 a square foot. So along with giving of our families time, prayers and money I thought it only fitting to try and do something outside the box.  So I am starting the 108 project.

I will write a weekly updates and give you my wieght totals and pictures every month.  As I hit the 25 pound mile stones you give that portion of the $108 pledge.  You don't have to give until I loose the weight.  When it is all said and done we all give, I loose the weight and God gains all the glory.
