NCS Campaign for MISSENDEN WALLED GARDEN CIO

The Missenden Walled Garden charity provides day support for people with disabilities and mental health issues based within the grounds of Missenden Abbey in Buckinghamshire. The Walled Garden was previously run by Bucks County council however was threatened with closure in 2017 which was when it was primarily funded by donations. Our aim as a team is to raise money to supply new tools and equipment for the gardeners so they can have the best and most useful equipment to care for the beautiful garden. Furthermore the money we raise will be used towards craft materials for us to create and donate painted plant pots and to contribute towards a minibus that the charity will use to transport the people who benefit from the charity to different locations to gather materials and aid with the development of the garden.
