DADA Summer Intensive-Kalen Simpson

Hello Everyone,
As most of you know my son Kalen is a dancer who loves what he does. Earlier this month Kalen auditioned for the Debbie Allen Dance Academy Summer Intensive in California. It is with great excitement I inform you that with prayer, hard work and dedication Kalen was selected for the program which runs from June 28th through July 27th. This is an opportunity for Kalen to meet other children from all over the United States that share the same focus and drive in dance. This is no regular camp, they are scheduled to dance 6 days a week from 9AM to 5PM, which doesn’t leave much time for camp fires and field trips to the museum. They will be exposed to different disciplines of dance and will have to the opportunity to meet with professional choreographers and dancers.
Kalen was awarded a 100% scholarship which covers his tuition and meals but air-fare and housing will still need to be covered. Housing itself is $2,750.00. With that said, I am doing this fundraiser to help Kalen enjoy this wonderful experience this summer. Any amount given is GREATLY APPRECIATED…..!!!!
