Help Joe Supitkowsky Fund

As many of you know back in November my father in law Joe suffered from a ruptured esophagus. After being in a medically induced coma for weeks and many medical set backs including a heart attack and bleed in his brain that resulted in emergency brain surgery he has finally been able to come home after a long hospital and rehab stay. He is on a feeding tube and will be for some time but overall is doing well considering all he has been through. Joe has been a long time member of The Teamsters Union which were providing his health insurance and short term disability benefits. As of January 31st Joe no longer qualifies for either of these benefits due to a lack of qualifying hours. As he has been unable to work since November he was short by 12 hours to qualify for this quarters benefits. His disability checks stopped as of 1/31 which he was relying on as his source of income going forward for another 14 weeks. He is in the process of applying for social security but this process could take as long as a year. His health insurance was also canceled as of 1/31 and he was just approved for mass health today. Medications, surgeries, medical equipment and treatments during this gap were not covered. With bills mounting and no source of income for the foreseeable future many of Joe's friends and family have expressed a desire to help. I thought I would put this together to make that a little easier. If anyone is interested in donating it's greatly appreciated. Thank you for your generosity during this time.
