We need your help to build a blue wave!
Just 1 in 20 overseas voters from North Carolina voted in 2018. We are boosting that number in 2020!
To do it, we're sending messages to overseas and military voters from North Carolina, urging them to vote this year.
We've already sent handwritten messages to 6,000 households in more than 140 countries around the globe and in every US state and territory but American Samoa. We've made second contact with all 6,000 of them, inviting them to cast their ballots and explaining how to do it. We've sent printed messages to thousands more North Carolina voters.
Each one is an invitation to democracy - to raise a voice at the ballot box!
You can help us reach (or re-reach) all 15,000 voters on our NC list before election day! Many people only tune in at the last minute. We want to reach as many late-deciders as we can! Pitch in and help us.

The mission of Building Bridges is to mobilize networks of relational grassroots organizers equipped to support pragmatic progressive campaigns and causes, and guided by principles of servant leadership.
Our vision is a just and equitable democracy, safeguarded by an informed and engaged electorate where everyone is valued and belongs.

This is a personal request and personal account, dedicated and created to support this grassroots civic engagement project. It is guided by the group's shared values and goals. Building Bridges supports some candidates but our overseas and military voter outreach effort is not being coordinated with any candidate, committee, party or campaign. Individuals 'pitching in' to this GoFundMe account are responsible for complying with all laws and rules governing their contributions. Contributors attest that they are making their donations lawfully and in good faith and only for the purpose described in this message.
Contributions can be accepted only from U.S. citizens, age 18 or older, drawing on their own funds and not funds provided to them by third parties. Corporate, campaign and PAC contributions are not accepted. Funds from unknown or anonymous sources cannot be accepted. Names of contributors will not be shared or sold to other organizations.
