1st September 2024 I lost one of the most important people in my life to suicide, someone I called a brother who’s was with me all my life. Kane Forder was there for everyone but struggled to open up about his inner demons.

I wish I could turn back time and tell him it’s okay and that he shouldn’t feel ashamed to talk about his issues and maybe things could have been different.

I want to raise awareness to everyone struggling with their mental health, that’s it’s okay not to be okay and to feel comfortable to speak to someone through their darkest times.

Let's stick together and take this mental health crisis by the balls and show it who’s boss!
