 Hi, My name is Navina Heyden, I'm 21 year old German bachelor student. I have been friends with Chinese people for many years. Since early 2020, I start to use Twitter to help raising Chinese people's voice in western society. Now, my Twitter account has become one of the most influential ones to show people what real China is like, in contrast to massive disinformation that many western media have reported.

However, my efforts and personal life have been maliciously attacked by China haters since the first day. I have personally experienced being doxxed, spammed, and even threatened for the past years. My private information was hacked and leakage by organized anti-China groups such as Milky-tea alliance. Anti-China politicians and public figures use such 'resources' keep attacking and defaming me. Some of them photoshop my and my families' photo and messages, then send them to our employers, and colleagues to ruin our life. This indeed harmed us. But we don't yield to such information terrorism imposed by those evil people. I still keep advancing!


Two month ago, a German mainstream media chief editor approached me. She told me they were interested in my experienced of being harmed and attacked by some China haters online. I agreed with them to have some conversations to talk about that. I also invited several good friends of mine into that open dialogue to share their opinions in German newspaper bias. However, seemingly harmonic conversation proposed by them, only intended to cover a much bigger defamation campaign against me. Just weeks ago I was told by a close friend those journalists just wrote a very long article. They pictured me as a Chinese govt propagandist and a threat to German society. In that article, untrue statements are everywhere. Through the beginning to the end, I have never known they would publish such rubbish and they never received my consent to publish my names and locations.


I'm truly in fury. But thanks to some precautionary measures, I have gathered overwhelmingly powerful evidence to sue them in a court. Simply telling truth about China, in a China-biased society is extraordinarily difficult. Many people like me, have experienced similar, or even more terrible stories given by such media terror. Many people's public reputation and personal life have been totally ruined. This is in any civil society unacceptable. And those who committed such offence must be brought to justice!


Therefore I hereby request friends from everywhere, to financially support me to find the best lawyer to defeat those reporters in a lawsuit. The remaining funds after this lawsuit, will be prepared to help peace-loving and truth-seeking people who are harmed by anti-China mainstream media/social media.


To speak for China truth and the real interests of German public, is an honourable footprint in my life. Many people's judgements are clouded for now, but future will prove everything. It needs time. I have nothing to feel sorry for telling the truth, for sharing my experience, and for speaking out my own opinion that is protected by German Constitution.

Ich bin seit einiger Zeit auf Twitter aktiv um meine Erfahrungen und Einblicke aus China zu teilen und habe seit dem letzten Jahr auch viel Unterstützung erhalten. Vor ein paar Monaten wurde ich von einer Journalistin der Deutschen Zeitung DIE WELT angeschrieben. Sie wollte wissen, wie es zu meiner positiven China Sichtweise kam und was für Belästigungen ich dadurch erhalten habe. Ich habe mir den Hintergrund der Journalistin angeschaut und festgestellt, dass Sie nie wirklich irgendetwas über  China berührt hat, daher habe ich mich bereit erklärt, mich online mit Ihr zu unterhalten. Damit Sie aber keine Desinformationen über mich verbreiten kann, habe ich Ihr immer wieder klargemacht, dass ich Ihr nicht erlaube, auch nur irgendwas ohne meine Zustimmung zu veröffentlichen und dies hat Sie mir dann per Email versichert. Dazu habe ich ein paar Freunde als Zeugen für diese Video Gespräche eingeladen. Im Interview haben wir dann die Desinformationen der westlichen Medien bezüglich China kritisiert und die Journalisten über Ihren unprofessionellen Journalismus belehrt. Diese Debatte war ein eindeutiger Sieg für uns und ich dachte schon, dass sie aufgegeben haben nachdem sie nun wissen wie schlecht informiert sie sind. Jedoch hat mir später ein Freund berichtet, dass diese Nachrichten einen riesigen Artikel veröffentlicht hat, indem ich verleumdet werde. Sie stellen mich, eine einfache deutsche Studentin mit eigener China Erfahrung, als gefährliche Propagandistin dar, die für chinesische Agenturen arbeitet. Sie behaupten sogar, dass ich für China arbeite nur, weil ein paar chinesische Diplomaten meinem Twitter Account folgen. Das wars. Noch schlimmer ist es, dass Sie erfunden haben, dass ich meinem Partner geholfen habe, einen Job in China zu finden oder dass wir Sie angebrüllt haben, sich für Ihren Angriff auf den chinesischen Präsidenten zu entschuldigen. Dies sind total lächerliche Lügen. Sie habe mich nie nach meiner Erlaubnis gefragt, diesen Kontent zu veröffentlichen. Stattdessen haben sie schamlos meinen Name, Fotos und sogar meinen Wohnort veröffentlicht und mich als Bedrohung der deutschen Gesellschaft dargestellt. Was die gemacht haben verstößt eindeutig gegen das Gesetz und den Pressekodex. Solch ein Artikel kann mein Leben ruinieren, da er definitiv mein Internet Präsenz, meine Jobsuche und meinen Ruf in der Gesellschaft verletzt. Erst vor kurzem haben andere Nachrichten angefangen, diesen Artikel zu zitieren und die Auswirkungen werden nur noch weiter zunehmen. Als ein normales Mädchen wurde ich schon oft von China hassenden Politikern, NGO Leaders und Journalisten gedoxxt und belästigt. Sie haben private Bilder und Nachrichten meiner Familie gephotoshopped und sie an unsere Freunde und Arbeitgeber geschickt, um unseren Ruf zu ruinieren. Ich habe sogar eine Anzeige erstattet, jedoch kam keine wirkliche Hilfe. Der Artikel der WELT ist ein weiteres Beispiel für Meinungsunterdrückung. Hiermit möchte ich die Gelegenheit nutzen, um ein Crowdfunding Campaign für meinen Rechtsstreit zu starten. Nicht nur für mich persönlich, sondern auch für alle Leute, die von unehrlichen Journalisten unterdrückt und verleumdet werden. Als Studentin ist meine Kraft leider wenig bis gar nicht vorhanden, aber ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass es mehr Leute wie mich gibt, die Tag und Nacht von voreingenommenen Medien aufgebracht sind. In Deutschland haben wir eher strengere Gesetzte bezüglich des Journalismus und meine Beweise alle wasserfest. Zusammen können wir bestimmt Schritt für Schritt was bewirken. Sollte nach dem Gerichtsverfahren immer noch was von der Crowdfunding Campaign übrig bleiben, würde ich versuchen, diese als Wohltätigkeitsfonds für Leute zu verwenden, die ebenfalls von den Medien verleumdet wurden. Lasst uns also gegen voreingenommene Medien kämpfen und soziale Gerechtigkeit mit Wahrheit und Transparenz wider herstellen .Vielen Dank.
