<div>Some are doing it to stay fit, others because they love to trek - but all of us have decided that this is a great opportunity to raise some cash for an amazing charity that <strong>supports men and others with their mental health. </strong>

<div>The work of <a href="https://www.caerphillymind.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Caerphilly Mind</a> focuses on improving mental health and wellbeing for people across the Caerphilly Borough, offering a range of services designed to support adults living in the community.

<div><strong>No one should have to face a mental health problem alone.</strong> <a href="https://www.caerphillymind.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Mind Caerphilly</a> is committed to providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.

<div>Our challenge this year is to take on the massive national three peaks challenge in just twenty-four hours. We will be climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - a total ascent of 3,064 metres (10,052 feet), a total walking distance of 23 miles and a total driving distance of 462 miles - all to raise money for this amazing charity!
