Nathaniel Meyer's Cancer Battle

Meet Nathaniel, my 7 year old grand-son who was diagnosed with a form of cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma in autumn of 2014. He had battled and defeat the cancer last summer -- he was declared cancer free in the summer of 2015.
Once agian, early this fall, within a month of being cancer free, his cancer had returned. It was the same type and in the same location.
Doctors at UNMC and St Judes, determined that best treatment plan for him was surgury and more chemotherapy.
On Oct 22nd Nathaniel underwent a 5 hour surgery, in which he he lost his left eye. The surgery was a big success though, and all of the visible tumor was removed with excellent margins.
Now, Nathaniel, faces more challanges. He will be undergoing another 30+ week sereis of Chemotherapy Treatment. This will be help fight off any remaining cancer cells that we cannot see or might have spread unnocticed.
All funds raised will be going for well the being of Nathaniel and his family. This includes medical bills, travel expenses and other unforseen expenses while undergoing treatment.
