The family has created this fund as a way for Nathaniel's friends and family to share in creating a lasting memorial for him, and we ask that you contribute to this fund in lieu of flowers. This is a more permanent way for everyone who loved Nate to be sure he won't be forgotten.
This fund is to raise money for Nathaniel's memorial plaque on his grave. A basic plaque for his grave with his name, dates of birth and death, and a few words about him will cost $1395. If we raise an additional $4495, we will put a bench beside his grave so there is a place for visitors to sit when they visit his memorial.
Any funds in excess will be donated to the Williamson County and Maury County animal shelters in Nate's name to help them care for the little fur babies until they can be adopted into loving homes.
If you would like to contribute to a rescue agency, Nate loved his pit bulls, and the Pit Bull Rescue Center (http://www.pbrc.net/) would be a good choice.
