Nathan (Nate) Nolden for Medical expenses

Donation protected
Hello everyone,
I am Nathans's aunt Debbie and...
This fundraiser is deeply needed to help with medical and living costs For Nathan (Nate) Nolden and his sweet Newlywed wife Brandy.
**************************************************************************
What Happened:
On New Year's eve Nathan and his wife Brandy were returning from a nice dinner with friends, while driving in dense fog and ice the truck slid off the road. Their friends came to tow them out and in the process, Nathan was standing outside by the truck. An oncoming Cadillac Escalade driving towards them struck Nathan then hit the truck attempting to tow Nathans's truck.
While we are very grateful Nathan is here we are realizing the pain and hardships at all angles. The injuries are pretty severe. Below is a list of current injuries and each day he is taken in for extensive surgeries one at a time if his body can handle it and that in itself is a waiting game...
*Both arms pulled out of sockets
*1-broken shoulder
*4-broken ribs
*1-bruised lung
*2- Fractured disc's in the spine they fused 6 to stabilize it.
*Both knees pulled out of sockets one crushed
*Both legs have broken Femur and Tibia bones in each leg.
*Bone shards in each leg need to remove from one leg asap.
*Fighting fluid in lungs
*Keeping fevers down
***This has been a delicate balance with Nathan's pre-existing condition of diabetes and a heart condition. His body is fighting fevers that come and go, infections and some other things that can be painful. He is currently fighting to learn how to use his body functions on his own... (Urination & Bowels) that being said I'm not being insensitive or gross but everything in Nathan is an extremely painful nightmare. However, the fact he survived being hit while standing on the roadside on highway 15 .... We are indeed grateful for this miracle of breath and that he's not paralyzed or worse.
Nate and Brandy are newlyweds and relocated to Noth Dakota recently to start their new lives together. Nate was born and raised here in Longview/Kelso area, and Brandy was from Rainer /Clatskanie area. Both Nate and Brandy lived in Toledo Wa. They have a love for their animals, family, and great friends too.
They bought a home in Aneta, ND in December just last month. Their dreams were to fix it up this spring and move in. Now the remodel will require it to be handicap/wheelchair accessible.
But... at this point, they need funds to pay bills that are already astronomical (pushing a million if not there yet) I don't expect people to give horrendous amounts as most Americans are barely getting by. But anything you give helps within your means.
Nate's wife drives 1 1/2 hours one way to get to the hospital, then drives 1 1/2 hours home to care for their animals. She is shuffling so much on her plate and both Nathan and Brandy are beginning to wonder about their future. Nathan was a mobile mechanic and always there to help a friend in need with no questions asked. A proud man he would never ask for help and his wife is the same type of person. Well, now the shoes are on the other foot and they have major needs that I will do what I can to help so I am asking anyone and everyone to please reach out and help these kids. I can not thank or repay everyone enough for caring and helping.
Every dime helps and every share of this fundraiser helps.

For those curious minds: The flashers were turned on in the truck in the ditch and the truck attempting to tow it out. Several cars passed by with even a few offers to help.
I know both my Nephew and my new Niece would encourage everyone to Please stay off the road if you have to be distracted by anyone or anything in your car. Just pull over and deal with it as life is too precious not to.
