Nate Roland- brain injury- expenses

I am asking for your help for my nephew.  Nate Roland is a 22 year old young man who was hit by a car while he was walking to catch the bus to work on Saturday, September 30, 2017. He was badly injured and has a brain shear injury (at least 2 nerve endings are severed), bleeding in the brain, and a fractured skull. He has been in ICU in a medically induced coma since the accident. The doctors started to slowly lower the sedation Sunday, October 1st, but Nate ripped the breathing tube out as he was barely coming into minimal awareness so they had to sedate him again to give his brain time to heal. Nate's mom Laurie has been at the hospital almost around the clock because Nate has autism and it will be stressful for him if he wakes up in a completely unfamiliar place, in pain and not knowing the people who are trying to help him. Laurie is a single mom and they really count on her income and Nate' s income to pay the bills on the apartment they share with Nate's younger sister. With neither of them able to work right now it is adding a lot more stress to this situation for Laurie.  I am asking anyone who can help, to please help this family stay in their home while Nate heals.  We do not know yet how long he will need to be in the hospital but we do know there is going to be a long road to recovery.   With Nate's autism, we need to keep things as stable as possible for him so he can concentrate on healing. The immediate concern is keeping them in their apartment and providing for Laurie to be able to stay at the hospital at least until Nate is awake again and possibly longer depending on his needs.  They do not have a vehicle right now so there will be transportation costs to consider also.  This family is active in their faith in God and we are trusting that their needs will be taken care of.   The whole family, especially Laurie, is so thankful for your prayer and support as she navigates through this.  I will update as we hear more from the Doctors on what the next step is going to be and how his recovery is going.   Even if you can't help monetarily right now can you please share this so others who might be able to help can see it?  Thank you in advance for any help you can give to this family.
