Nate and Stacy are getting married!!!
In December 2020, Nate was released from prison after spending more than 22 years incarcerated. He and Stacy had shared a decade-long friendship and romance. When Nate was released, Stacy moved to the U.S. from South Africa with little more than what could fit into a suitcase so they could finally start their lives together. Because Nate was incarcerated at such a young age (just 16), he never had the opportunity to build the resources necessary to start his own independent life.
Nate and Stacy are getting Married in May, and they need help beginning their shared life. While they could use any of the usual wedding gifts (pots, dishes, silverware), what they really need to properly begin a life together is a car. Having a car, being able to freely travel, opens up so many more doorways to a couple.
Would you consider helping Nate and Stacy fund the purchase of their first car?
