My daughter Natasha was diagnosed with breast cancer in July of 2017. We were all in a daze, walking aroynd in disbelief about his new development. Never expected breast cancer to hit so close to home, it was dropped right at our doorstep in July. Unfortuantely, it runs in my family but we never dreamed it would affect my own daughter. The thought never crossed my mind. It just never did.
Natasha has overcome many obstacles in her life to be where she is now. She finally is there and now she faces one of her biggest obstacles, breast cancer.
We have cried too much, talked about it too much, got angry many times asking the same question why? We have concluded that there is a reason for everything and only God knows that. He has brought her this far and he will bring her trough it.
Now that we are over the shock we decided it is time to fightthis and win this with God's help. After multiple testes and biopsies, she was given a treatment plan, She has anoter biopsy on 09/05/17. Then starts her chemo on 09/06/17. She will need to have 6 chemo sessions in total to start with. Her port was put in on 09/01/17. Thank God that was successful. She has swelling around the left shoulder area due to the surgery but so far she is doing well.
We have managed to pay for the initial costs of biopsies and surgery. However, she is needing financial financial assistance since she will be unable to work sometimes for a wee at a time. Example of this is next week, du to Monday being a Holiday, Tuesday her other biopsy and Wednesday her first chemo treament, which will put her down for a few days. Unfortunately, medical bills and regular bill do no care if you cancer or not, they still need to be taken care of.
I am asking for anyone who is reading this post, those who know Natasha (nickname TIP) and even those who do not, to help donate what they can. If you are unable to do so we understand. Even sharing this post in any media outlet will help in assisting financially.
