Natasha Needs New Lungs
Donation protected
On average, a person at rest takes about 16 breaths per minute. This means we breathe about 960 breaths an hour, 23,040 breaths a day, 8,409,600 a year. Someone who lives to 80 years old will breathe 672,768,000 breaths. Breathing is something everyone does and doesn’t even have to think about. Cystic Fibrosis makes every breath difficult.
I started this page for my aunt Natasha who suffers from the life altering disease of Cystic Fibrosis. She requires a double lung transplant in order to continue breathing. Please help her pay for medical and travel expenses that are required for her to be on the transplant list. She will need to travel to and from Toronto several times a week in order to prepare for the transplant and after the transplant has occurred. She could be waiting weeks or months until a matching set of lungs become available.
Allow Natasha to breathe her deserved 672,768,000 breaths.
