Natalie who has Downs Syndrome was in a coma on a ventilator with COVID 19  for 6 weeks.  Natalie lives in Broadstairs near where the 39 Steps are , the title of the famous book by John Buchan.  Natalie is having to learn to walk again and is going to aim to learn to walk independently and build up to taking 39 Steps. Mencap have supported Natalie all through her time in hospital and we hope that any money raised could help others like Natalie affected by COVID19.
