Nashville HoPPE - Faceshields for COVID-19
My brother and I are high school students in Nashville, Tennessee, trying to find a way to help with the Coronavirus outbreak.
Currently medical supplies, especially personal protection equipment, is running low. However an open-source design has been created for a 3d printed face shield.

The design has been approved by several local hospitals, and we were able to print it from home with ease. We hope to purchase 10 printers (and necessary supplies) to start printing these masks for local hospitals. With 10 printers we will be able to make 60 masks a day. Our goal is to produce as many masks as possible by April 18th, when Coronavirus is projected to peak in Nashville.
When this is all over, we plan on donating the printers to local public school STEM programs.
