<div>The challenge provides the opportunity to college students across the country to develop a solution to a challenge proposed by NASA, given guidelines and requirements. Chosen teams travel to Johnson Space Center, Houston, to have astronauts train with and test the finalized student project at the 1:1 scale International Space Station in the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory! Out of thousands of teams nationwide, only 16 are chosen to continue.

<div>Team <strong>Micro-Nauts</strong>, consists of a diverse, passionate group of 7 Aerospace Engineering students from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida. In pursuing this project, we are aspiring to make a difference in helping NASA and professionally developing our careers.

<div>We are developing a Passive Capture Tool Dock as part of the challenge to securely attach an astronaut's Extra Vehicular Activity (EVA) tool to their toolbelt with a single-handed motion. It is our responsibility to design, manufacture, and test our project, including the funding for all steps of the project.
