We are a small charity supporting people seeking asylum who are living at Napier Barracks in Folkestone. This is our third annual Christmas rucksack fundraiser, providing people living in difficult circumstances with some basic essentials and a practical gift that demonstrates our support, solidarity and hope in their future.

Many of the people we support arrive at Napier with little or nothing, and what they do have is often carried in plastic bags. We want to provide every person living at Napier with a rucksack filled with some much-needed, basic essentials, such as hygiene products, warm hats and socks. The men we support are all very keen to learn and improve their English to help them assimilate into and contribute to UK life. To support them with this, if we meet our fundraising target we will be able to include an English visual dictionary inside each pack.
