<div>We run weekly groups, sessions and activities, facilitated on a peer to peer basis where men can meet in a safe and friendly place, talk openly, be listened to and feel supported without judgment within a confidential setting from people who are equal to you – your peers.

<div>MEN MATTER SCOTLAND has been selected as our chosen charity for the work they do in the community to support mens mental health. The run up to Christmas is a very difficult time for those who struggle with their mental health. We want to support a local charity in bettering the mental health of men during this time.
