Nancy Stelzer-Kabis Hope Fund

Nancy Kabis is not only one of my very best friends, she is a loving mom, wife, sister, daughter, and aunt.  She is also a beloved teacher, friend, mentor, co-worker, and advocate.  She is quite simply a pure ray of sunshine in so many people's lives.  Nancy was admitted to the hospital on January 21, 2018 with what is now diagnosed as a rare, autoimmune disease, which appears to be targeting her lungs.  She is currently on a ventilator and fighting for her life.  I, like so many, feel helpless.  I want to wave a magic wand over my dear friend and take away all of her pain and suffering.  I want to wrap my arms around her sweet family and tell them everything is going to be ok.  I want to tell her how grateful I am for bringing such joy to my life.  Nancy is one of the strongest people I know and I pray around the clock that she continues to fight and that her body may heal.  She is my sunshine and I can’t wait to see her warm, radiant smile again soon. 

I know Nancy has touched so many lives.  Like many, I am left wondering what I can do to help the Stelzer-Kabis family in this time of need.  Nancy has a long road ahead of her.  I would like to set up this fund to help raise money for Nancy and her family as they continue to move forward on this journey.  Thank you for your kindness.
