<div><strong>I’m back with a new GoFundMe for Nancy and once again I have taken over her social media accounts because the reason is simple, Nancy is a proud, powerhouse of a woman who doesn’t like to admit that she needs help… but she does. </strong>The last time we did this was literally to save her life with surgery. She was holding steady for as long as she could but symptoms are coming back. And on top of what she is already dealing with, there are additional medical issues that require more surgeries. I always tell Nancy; she sure knows how to party!!

<div><strong>This is an urgent situation as she was supposed to receive some financial help but that fell through</strong> almost causing her to lose her insurance, which would be horrific for her. She’s become medically bankrupt; all her money goes to hospital and doctor bills. <strong>MS is a horrible disease that creates other problems.</strong> <strong>And there is no cure.</strong>

<div><strong>Nancy has been in the music industry for well over 35 years and was at the top of her game as a publicist. But once her diagnosis went public, the calls for work stopped causing financial loss over the years which has caught up to her. You all know her as a brilliant, sassy, fearless, (sometimes a handful) woman…but in her body, she can’t always rely on it acting the way she would like it to.</strong>

<div><strong>She is my best friend and I see all she does and I have seen all her bills</strong>, as it is a discussion at least once a week – She saves animals, and steps up for others even when she is struggling, without a hitch while planning fundraisers to build a resource center for people that suffers from MS. You might not realize what a huge heart she has under that tough exterior, but she cares about the world and tries to do her part to make it better. Every time I talk to her she’s either going to or coming from the vet. She has saved countless lives.

<div>This is why I am asking everyone, our community and others to spare a little to give her the help she needs at such a pivotal time in her life. She needs help, that’s just the hard truth. Imagine if you had no one stepping up for you when you were in the throes of so many traumatic health issues.

<div><strong>Remember how I said that I always tease her on how she likes to “party”… it’s cause I’m usually speechless when she tells me what she is dealing with. The last time I spoke with her I made her give me the full run down… she didn’t know I was talking notes!!</strong>

<div><strong>Nancy’s current health issues:</strong>
</div>
<div>•	Liver Disease – No she is not at all a drinker and can be fixed we believe
</div>
<div>•	Vascular tumor in her throat – she needs more lab work and scans – this is left over from the last surgery that saved her life - they have been monitoring it
</div>
<div>•	Remove her gallbladder – gallstones keep clogging up the bile ducts creating heart attack symptoms and high blood pressure
</div>
<div>•	Hiatal hernia repair – Her diaphragm is ripped so large her stomach moves into her chest and is very painful (yipes!)
</div>
<div>•	Her left elbow tendons are ripped – they need to be repaired and anchored to the bone
</div>
<div>•	She needs brain scans to monitor Barney the brain tumor that’s still hanging out, making himself known
</div>
<div>•	She needs additional blood panels that are not covered by her insurance for the tumor in her throat

<div><strong><em>The list of medical needs goes on and on. So how is she alive you may ask? Well, almost each one of these issues is related or due to another on the list, it’s like a daisy chain of medical hell.</em></strong>

<div><strong>It’s very overwhelming and to say I’m worried about her is an understatement.</strong> She continues to try to work and facilitate funds to keep her home and pay basic bills but this amount of physical crap has literally made her medically bankrupt. She’s got a ton of amazing ideas and projects, so hey, if you don’t want to send over any funds, strike up a conversation with her and help her get one of her projects off the ground!! Ok friends, industry acquaintances, animal lovers, everyone… help is needed. <strong><em>Thanks for your time.</em></strong>
