Nancy sadly passed away on February 22 after a long battle with ovarian cancer. Nancy was diagnosed with cancer in December of 2016 and fought through months of intense chemotherapy to find out in June 2017 she was in remission. She was strong willed and bounced back better than ever before! She started to feel sick again in January of this year a little over a year from
her first diagnosis. We learned that the cancer was back and she would need another round of intense chemo treatments. Unfortunately, the cancer had spread and was too hard to overcome this time. She peacefully passed with her two children by her side and joined her husband and her CoCo in heaven. She is survived by her two children in America as well as her four sisters, brother and father who live in her home country of Ecuador.
Unfortunately, this is not the first devastating loss for her children, Nancy and Irving, as their father also passed 9 years ago. Due to there only being two of them and funeral costs being so high, her children are extremely grateful for any bit of help you can provide.
Nancy’s children were her world, she was an amazing, strong, caring woman who would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. Her laugh was infectious, and her smile contagious, she was constantly happy even through the worst of times. She could always find something to joke about when things were grim. Nancy is an angel watching over her family.
