Help with cheap car replacement

Hello, My name is Victoria or as others know me as Heffboom Konijn. I am a transgender female who is in the process for transition surgery while also a nursing student with a end of goal being a nurse practitioner. 

On Oct 7th 2018 at approximately 1:30pm I lost control of my car due to my vehicle hydroplaning. using standard procedures to avoid a crash I managed to recover from the slip but unfortunately found myself in another slip trying to avoid other cars and then spun around while sliding into building. My car was totaled and my arm was injured around the AC joint. 

before I explain why I am asking for financial help. please let me tell you about myself. this is very hard for me to do as I don't ask for help...let alone financial help. I am the one giving help...it hurts me emotionally and I feel ashamed to ask. In this situation I have no where else to turn
:( and I am very humbled.

In my life I am a 6yr experienced dual certified and credentialed EMT and behavior health technician. I have dedicated my life to saving others lives both physically and mentally. I have work with homeless individuals, substance abuse persons, saved lives of patients who were in the process of overdosing on opioids and methamphetamine psychosis. I have saved numerous lives and will always always always put my own life at risk to save others. 

I love all and care about all. I am a healer and have dedicated my life as such.

that being said I am in pain...almost all the time.

I have Gender dysphoria, rheumatoid arthritis, psych issues, and many more issues I fight every single day. I heal others while I seek healing from others.

right now my only means of seeking treatments, healing others, and working has been taken away from me and I am lost and scared. 

I need to find a cheap car asap but I don't have money for this.

I am asking with all my heart, my tears and my humility. please help me

please help me get my wings back so that I my continue to heal others and myself. to go to work, to pay my bills, to continue going to school
