"We are all in this together." It’s everyone’s COVID-19 mantra. But the truth is, ‘all in this together’ looks different for each of us depending on our circumstances. For our homebound seniors, this time can be much more challenging than it is for others.
Join us on Zoom, May 15, 5:30 pm est, as we celebrate ‘Namastay Home For Others’, a mini concert and yoga class to raise money for Meals on Wheels. Vermont based singer/songwriter Zack Dupont will join us for a mini concert followed by a 45 minute Arrichion Mystery Stone yoga class taught by Lisako Koga Reynolds. Everyone is welcome.
