I graduate high school next week. I know - I can't believe it either! Time has completely flown by and now people are asking me the big question: "What are your plans after high school?" Unlike most of my friends who are heading straight to college, I have decided (after much debate) to take a gap year and dedicate one year of my life to mission work before continuing my education at NC State. Go Pack! 

I leave next month for a training program, where I will prepare for my mission so that I can share the formation I receive with others. The training program is also where I will find out my destination for the year. Regardless of where I am sent, I will be serving the local Church through active apostolate such as leading retreats, serving as a mentor for younger girls, and facilitating campus ministry.
