<div>Hallo, ich bin Dominik 40 Jahre alt, verheiratet, 2 Kinder und wohne in Passau (Bayern).

<div>Aufgrund eines Unfalls beim Fussballspielen 2006 wurde mir 2023 nach 17 Operationen und diversen Klinikaufenthalten die linke Hand amputiert. Meine Krankheit CRPS hat die Amputation schlussendlich unumgänglich gemacht. Nun möchte ich meinen Alltag wieder in den Griff bekommen und mit meiner Familie wieder ein geregeltes Leben führen. <div>Ich bräuchte verschiedenste Aufsätze oder eine Sportprothese für meinen vorhandenen Schaft, da diese von der Krankenkasse gar nicht oder nur teilweise übernommen werden. Die Kosten sind enorm im medizinischen Bereich, meine derzeitige Prothese kostete 85000€, jedoch deckt die nicht alle Bereiche des täglichen Lebens ab. Ich hoffe auf Hilfe und Unterstützung und möchte aber auch gleichzeitig vielen Mut machen, dass das Leben weiter geht. Nächstes Ziel ist auch noch den Führerschein wieder zu erhalten. Hier sind medizinische Gutachten, Leistungstests, Autoumbau etc. erforderlich. Die Kosten müssen natürlich auch privat geleistet werden, deshalb zählt jeder Euro und über jede Unterstützung bin ich sehr dankbar.

<div>Hello, I am Dominik, 40 years old, married, 2 children and live in Passau (Bavaria).

<div>Due to an accident while playing football in 2006, my left hand was amputated in 2023 after 17 operations and various hospital stays. My illness CRPS ultimately made amputation unavoidable. <div>I would need a variety of attachments or a sports prosthesis for my existing shaft, as these are not covered by health insurance or are only partially covered. The costs are enormous in the medical field, my current prosthesis cost €85,000, but this does not cover all areas of daily life. I hope for help and support and at the same time I would like to encourage many people that life goes on. The next goal is to get my driving license again. Medical reports, performance tests, car modifications, etc. are required here. Of course, the costs also have to be paid privately, so every euro counts and I am very grateful for any support.
