Janet Batch is about elbow deep in recording, mixing, and producing our debut album, and we could use a little bit of help.
Janet Batch has been writing and playing music for about 1.5 years in and around Ithaca. Our songs have been written by Janet Batch (Sandra Fish) who also sings lead vocals and plays rhythm guitar.
Jen Cork plays lead guitar and sings smokey sweet harmonies. Trevor Thorpe lays down some mean bass while completing the three-part vocal blend. Matt Cowan drives the bus with the drums and percussion.
We need to raise about $2000 to help pay for the production of this rad project. Your contribution will help pay our fantastic engineer for his time and expertise, and maybe give him fresh snacks. Your contribution will help pay for the creation of our logo made with love and care by a real live artist. Your contribution will help us get an actual cd to have and to hold in sickness and in health. Your contribution will help us get sweet band merchandise so we can outfit the planet in all styles of Janet.
$15 gets you your very own copy of Janet Batch's debut album, "A Good Woman is Hard to Find" and a band sticker of your choice.
$30 gets you your very own copy of Janet Batch's debut album, "A Good Woman is Hard to Find", a band sticker of your choice, and a t-shirt!
More than $30 dollars gets you a combination of merchandise valued equivalent to your contribution.
And......donations of $300 or more get you the aforementioned items and a private living room acoustic concert with Janet Batch! (A set of 2 hours to be performed within 1 hour driving distance from Ithaca, NY)
We are striving to gather up the funds by May 15th, so we can get our music into your hands by summer, and wouldn't that just make your summer complete?
Our fans' most commonly asked question is, "do you have an album?" We can't wait to tell them, "yes, yes, a million times, yes!"
