Brady Saves the Turtles

My name is Brady Gregg and I am Fourteen years old. I was born in Helena, Montana. I now live on a farm in Elk Grove, California and currently care for three goats and many chickens. I've been very interested in animals my whole life. My mom read books about animals to me when I was a toddler. Once I got into school and the library became available to me, I began checking out non-fiction books about wildlife, endangered species, and nature. This is a subject I have always been passionate about. My friends dreamed about becoming firemen, army officers, and cops. I've known since First Grade that I will save endangered animals from extinction.

My dad told me about this program and I am extremely excited. I understand that participating in the opportunity will be challenging and very rewarding. I’m prepared to work hard, and have an amazing experience that I will never forget. Not only will I have the time of my life, but I’d also have a head start on my career. Although I’m young, I believe I would be a valuable member of the team due to my lifelong interest, my joy of science, and my work ethic. I look forward to including this trip to Costa Rica on my future college applications and job resumes. Let’s save the Leatherback Sea Turtles!
