Save the Children with ACERO

As a child, waiting for my birthday and the gifts that came along with it was one of the most exciting feelings I had ever known. After watching the "Most Shocking Second a Day" video by Save the Children (which now marks four years since the beginning of the Syrian conflict) my heart breaks for these children.
My plea goes out to all those who have beautiful memories of their childhood birthdays. Let's help all those children in middle eastern war-affected communities who suffer and may never experience a stable childhood.
The only gift I will be getting this year is a gift to myself in which I will be donating to the Assyrian Church of the East Relief Organization (ACERO) a non-profit organization. 100% of donations to ACERO are used to provide direct aid and relief to refugees and internally and externally displaced persons suffering from persecution, civil war and security instability throughout the Middle East and around the world.
My goal is to raise awareness and $300 for the children of the middle east by my birthday on March 17th, 2015.
Please consider helping me reach my goal to helping these children in hope of a stable childhood. Every dollar counts.
