Aretsky's Patroon Staff Fund

We write to you as the owners of Aretsky's Patroon, a restaurant in Midtown Manhattan that has been operating for almost 24 years. Our  closure will bring true hardship to our beloved staff, most of whom have been with us for over ten years.   We realize that everyone, in every business, is suffering during this pandemic.  But we know that many of you love our staff,  as we do.   With the aid of this fantastic group,  we've built a culture that deserves to live again when we can re-group and re-open.  This fund will be split evenly between all 82 employees via our payroll platform to aid in their hardship at this time. (The owners are not taking any share.)  We are hopeful we can reopen our doors soon and continue to serve you with the warmth and professionalism that is the hallmark of Aretsky's Patroon.  
We think we can speak for all when we say,  that will be a most happy  day.
