Hi, we are the 2017-2018 Dinos Women’s Soccer team! By the success of how much support we got last year, we are hoping to gain even more to help us reach our goals for the upcoming season.
Our program this year has grown so much. At the beginning of the season we had some major losses to our team, but fought our way through the season with one of the youngest teams in the country. Thanks to the support from last year, we were able to do more and achieve more this season. Some of our accomplishments this season included Lauren Houghton and Maya Ida making the Canada West all-rookie team. In addition, we had Talia White named Canada West first team all-star, as well as Kayla Kreutzer, Montana Leonard, and Lauren Houghton named Canada West second team all-stars. The team success’ came greatly from our supportive fans, sponsors, coaches and school! Your support helps us to create a more beneficial environment to train in, travel, and eat to ensure an edge over the competition.
The season did not end the way we wanted it to, but we are looking forward to what the future holds for our team. We have spent some time trying to come up with ways to fundraise money for our preseason trips, apparel, travelling and meals. This page is an outreach to the community and our fans in hopes that you can help us reach our goal. We are understanding that not everyone is in a position to help, but if you are able to spare a few dollars it is greatly appreciated. The donations will be put to good use and help our team to rise to the next level.
