<div>Hi, my name is Carl Duffy and I’m raising funds and awareness for Pieta House. I’ve set a personal challenge of running 500km across the Month of May to help raise these funds.

<div>Pieta House work 24/7 to help people experiencing thoughts of suicide, self harm and those bereaved by suicide. From my own personal background, I have struggled with my own mental health for some years now, feeling isolated and lost, experiencing severe depressive episodes, alongside recent struggles with suicide ideation. If it wasn’t for the help of reaching out and talking to professionals or loved ones, I don’t know where I would be today or how to cope.

<div>With that in mind, I’ve set this challenge to raise money to support their services and hard working volunteers, allowing them help many more people across Ireland. If you were able to donate any spare change that would be greatly appreciated and would go a long way.
