<div>Pieta House work 24/7 to help people experiencing thoughts of suicide, self harm and those bereaved by suicide. From my own personal background, I have struggled with my own mental health for some years now, feeling isolated and lost, experiencing severe depressive episodes, alongside recent struggles with suicide ideation. If it wasn’t for the help of reaching out and talking to professionals or loved ones, I don’t know where I would be today or how to cope.
