Help us adopt our 6 grandchildren

Our lives are getting ready to change forever (in a good way) and we need your help!  We have been blessed with the opportunity to legally adopt our 6 grandchildren who are now in two separate out-of-state foster care homes.  They range in age from three to ten.  Our grandchildren have spent time with us in our two bedroom home during major holidays; and while space was tight, we made it work and enjoyed one another immensely.

In order for us to legally adopt them, the child welfare department mandates that we move to a larger home in order to provide adequate bedroom space for all the children.  We are hoping to be able to move into a four or five bedroom home by March 1, 2015 so that we can move them in with us permanently.  The urgency to adopt them is to minimize their loss.  They have been removed from their home, their parents, and some of their siblings.  If we do not adopt them, they are at risk of losing their siblings permanetly to separate adoptive homes.                                                                                                           

Water of Life Community Church, Embrace Me! Adoption & Foster Care, Bear & Boo Boutique, and some other great people have offered to assist us in various ways as we will need lots of moral and tangible support (including but not limited to beds, dressers, and clothes!)

We need to raise $5000 to go towards the security deposit and first month's rent in our new home where we will be able to give our grandchildren a place that's filled with faith and love.  Thank you in advance for your donation that will change the life of these children forever!
