Need A Cpap Machine

I am coming to you with an urgent request and anxious heart.
My husband uses a C-pap machine.   In May we realized that his machine was not working correctly.   We went to the provider who first issued it to us. They said that since we had changed providers they were not responsible to fix it.
We checked with the new provider.  They gave us a box to send it to ResMed to see if they could fit it.  However, they would not give us the proper label; stating it was the other providers responsibility.   ResMed sent it back not fixed.  They told us they needed the proper label from a provider.
The new provider has now taken the loaner machine back. His machine was said to be unfixable by his Doctor.
 There is now no way to get a new one. Insurance will not pay now that the warranty expired while we were fighting through all this.

This brings me to asking others for help. My husband has other health issues and can not live life without a new working C-pap machine.
