Evacuate the Black Mold Trailer

Brady and I have finally found a stable housing situation to get us away from belligerent landlord-neighbors, and out of the black mold trailer from 1973 that was our last resort. 

We have successfully acquired a 2 bedroom, one bath unit above a garage, with a washer and dryer, garden space, and a woodstove.  It is managed through Windermere Property Management.

I have to come up with $3325 in move in costs.  That is first $950, last $950, security $950, and pet $475.  I have paid $250 as a deposit, so really the needed amount is $3075. 

I have $1300 tied up in deposits for this current place, that SHOULD be completely returned to me. 

This will be the LAST TIME WE MOVE until we BUY AN OPAL HOME....so help me God! 

This place is safe, sanitary, and well-managed.  It will be just Brady, myself, and Skyy (our little dog).  Mack is in a temporary home, until we buy our OPAL house!

Please help us in this transition so we can STOP MOVING and really get our roots into this wonderful community!
