Steve's treatment & medical expense

Steve Sobeck, my brother-in-law of 43 years, was diagnosed on June 17th with cancer. He has squamos cell carcinoma. They orginally thought it was cancer of the kidneys that had spread to his spine, however the squamos cell carcinoma does not start in the kidneys. After many tests, PET scan, CT scan of his neck, a scope down his throat, the lung doctor and ENT doctor have not been able to find the primary source of the cancer. Steve has started raditation on his spine and his chemotherapy treatment will start this week, in addition to having a port put in. We are still praying the doctors will find the primary source because it will open up more treatment options.

Due to the pain and sickness from the treatment, Steve will not be able to work and that means my sister, Brenda will be providing their only source of income. Brenda also takes care of our elderly mother full-time in addition to working full-time. On top of her full plate, Steve will not be able to continue with the treatments unless their portion of it is paid and unfortunately right now they just do not have the funds.

They have had people asked how they can help and so I would like to reach out to all of our family and friends to see if you will consider giving the Sobeck family a donation towards Steve's medical treatment and expenses. Anything at all will help and I know they will be extremely grateful.
