Porter's Medical & Funeral Expenses

Porter James Hamilton is the 2 month old son of Madeline and Josh Hamilton.  He was born December 22, 2014 in Morgantown, WV.  Porter had a heart problem and was transferred to Pittsburgh Children's Hospital where he underwent open heart surgery in January 2015.  He remained in the hospital until he gained his Angel wings on February 23, 2015.
