This is my princess Luna a 5-year-old black lab mix who is energetic and loving. Early this summer, Luna's energy got the best of her after playing fetch outside. I noticed she began limping, unable to put her weight on her left leg. I took her to the vet, and they informed me that she tore her ACL and how it was common to see this in hyper dogs like Luna, to blow their knees as they ran and made sharp turns. It's been almost 5-months. I have researched alternative, less expensive options to help Luna, but none have worked. I am a waitress and when COVID hit, it took a toll on my finances. I can no longer bear to watch my once full of life happy dog in pain where she can hardly go outside or eat. I humbly request your help by donating financially or by recommending low cost veterinary orthopedic surgeons in Florida. I am willing to drive for my baby.
