Cancer surgery for my father

My father has been diagnosed with colon cancer. His brother passed away not long ago from the same cancer.  He first found out about a month ago. He had very low blood count and after many tests he had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and found cancerous tumors. After that he had a cat scan and got the best news possible, that it doesn't seem to have spread and hopefully with this surgery they can get all of it!!! Then we will have to wait for pathology and to see if chemo treatments are needed. He is on disability but that is their only income and its very hard with all the medical bills. Hearing the doctors say with this surgery is very promising to get all of the cancer gets my hopes up. My parents mean everything to me and absolutely anything at all helps! We are truly grateful and have a long road ahead of us.
