Kelly & Judy's Transplant Recovery

Judy was diagnosed with liver disease in the late 90's. For more than 20 years she has been suffering from the numerous growing symptoms. As the disease progressed she was placed on the doner list for a transplant as she was in desperate need. Today her liver is functioning at only 30% which is what a person needs to live. She has been praying for another chance at life.
A miracle happen when her brave and selfless neice Kelly True stepped forward and offered to be a living donor in early 2015. Kelly has gone though months of screening and countless tests including a self funded trip to Edmonton from Ontario.
In August 2015, everything became a reality when Kelly was informed that she was a perfect match and the decision was now hers to donate 60% of her liver to Judy. Without hesitation Kelly signed the papers and waited for the call for surgery.
Late this September the call came in and surgery was scheduled for TODAY...October 19th in Edmonton. With lots of love and support around them, they stay strong this day.
These two ladies have already gone through months and years of medical expenses. Judy has had numerous medical costs and will have many months of recovery ahead of her, which includes spending weeks impossible months in Edmonton after the transplant. Kelly must also spend weeks in Edmonton during initial recovery and then must take a minimum of 3 months off work with no funding other than EI. Both still have family commitments, expenses to cover still back home and are recieving the support from children/parents who are paying to stay with them in Edmonton while they make this very scary road to recovery.
I am Judy's neice and Kelly cousin and I am asking for your generous support to help ease the financial burden on both Kelly and Judy while they endure this tough road ahead. Any donations of any amount would be amazing to help these two ladies on their journey. All fund will be given two both ladies.
