Kim & Kathi's Mission Trip (Haiti)

My mom has always been a source of inspiration to my life. God called her into the life of ministry a few years back while on the Walk to Emmaus and she has been steadfast and following God's path ever since. She is now enrolled in seminary working to become a pastor for the United Methodist church.

I am currently attending a church in Texas called NorthRock, where I serve as a member of the worship team and work with our childrens program. I have been actively looking for a way to also serve outside of the community as the Lord has put the calling on my heart.

North Rock answered that calling and we  are excited to venture out to Haiti for a mission trip on June 5th-10th of this year. We are asking for your help financially as we prepare for this exciting journey. This is our first volunteer opportunity to go on mission trip and serve together, we cannot wait to see how God will use us during this time. We will be serving as a part of the Benite Jeune’s Changing Lives Ministry and NorthRock church family by working on construction projects, visiting with the children in schools and orphanages, and spreading the word of God to the villagers. We would love your prayers and support and we prepare both physically and spiritually for this journey! We cannot thank you enough!
