Hello, my name is Tiffany, and I am starting this GoFundMe Campaing for my younger sister Trisha who was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer on Thursday February 19th 2015.
It all started when Trisha noticed a lump on her neck that continued to grow. After not responding to antiboitics, doctors did further testing and found out the issue was with her thyroid, and due to the size, decided to operate and remove the growth from her thyroid. Once the mass was removed and biopsied, it was then discovered to be Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma.
Going forward, Trisha will need to have an ultrasound performed to verify if any of the Lymph Nodes were affected. Regardless, Trisha will still need an additional required surgery to remove her remaining thyroid and recieve Radioiodine Therapy.
Trisha is the sole financial provider for her family, working 2 jobs to make ends meet. She is an amazing mother to her 2 young sons.
Please help us support Trisha in this season of her life, to overcome this without added financial burdens. Our goal is $3000.
The Monies raised will go towards Transportation to and from appoinments, any outstanding medical expenses, and loss of employment income due to surgeries and treatments.
