CreativeLife Says Bring On The Heat

It has been our greatest joy to serve the children and youth of southwest Memphis, since 1988, through creative and innovative learning opportunities.  Daily over 100 children and youth are bussed to our center to receive homework assistance, math and English skills and training in the performing arts.  With the help of community partnerships and donors, we are able to provide year round services to help our youth in one of the most impoverished areas in our city.  In November, the boiler in our 21,000 square foot warehouse quit working.  The failed boiler  keeps the afterschool and stage area warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Other areas that serve the Creative Life Prep School and Daycare where not affected.  Qualified teachers and tutors work to make sure that students are in school daily and are on track for promotion.  Additionally, they are taught Christian values and life skills.  We need your help to replace the boiler and bring on the heat for our youth.
