The New Mexico Coordinated Resource Guide is intended to provide information and access to resources needed by homeless, senior citizens and other at-risk communities in New Mexico. We are seeking funding to help defray the costs of development and maintenance of the site. Please help us get this up and running. See the current version of the site here:New Mexico Coordinated Resource Guide
The NMCRG is just one of a few sites in New Mexico that offer this kind of information access for those who find themselves in less than ideal circumstances. There are a lot of folks and organizations that try to reach out to these at-risk populations, but they can find it to be difficult to get the message out there for those who need their help and services. We are trying to be the easiest to use, very mobile friendly, and up to date guide for these resources needed by the at-risk communities. Our current audience is small (site went up 10/4/2018 for first time) but we are taking steps to improve our usage through awareness and performance.
Help us get this effort to where it needs to be. We need to be able to curate the open source data we are starting out with since it has many issues, we need to spend funds on getting our message out there to those who need it, and we need to defray the costs already incurred in developing this site and in the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our facilities. We still have many features to implement and we are already getting requests from case mangers and other providers for new features. Its an ongoing weeding process that is going to take time and money to mange.
Please donate any amount...$5, 10 or what have you. It eventually adds up. Thanks for reading this.
