Research has shown that we are all more likely to experience loneliness at certain transition points throughout life.  In addition to this, specific groups, such as disabled people, are more likely to be chronically lonely. 

As well as loneliness, carers and people living with disabilities often live in isolation and exclusion.

ASNA has developed an online service to address these issues. Through our Connecting Carers Network, we have been able to develop the 'Staying Connected' online service.

Our aim is to provide: 
Peer and specialists support through our 'Here to Hear' project
Learning and Development through our 'Creativity learning' workshops
and disability training programme  through our #thinkaboutit campaign to raise awareness and effect change in attitude and behaviour towards people living with disabilities and special needs.
