100 miles for Mind

Hi Guys, We’re raising money in aid of Plymouth Mind and every donation will help. This year we lost a dear friend due to mental health and it’s made us realise how important these charities are and how many people it impacts. So we want a positive to concentrate on with the hope that this can help many others.
We would love it if you would join in our 100 miles in 100 days for mind challenge. You can walk/horse ride/cycle/run/swim however you please. Just show us your mileage on our Facebook and Instagram pages, register your joining fee of £5 here and encourage sponsorship/donations on this page. Your 100 days start from when you get your move on! All that complete this challenge will receive a medal so make sure you put your name with the £5 registration fee.
