Steve's Brain Tumor Recovery

We are raising money for one of our coworkers fiance's. Kim and Steve have been together for 9 years and recently got engaged, planning to marry in 2018. Steve has suffered from chronic migraines and back pain for years. In early June 2017 he seeked medical help, where they found a tumor on his brain.

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017 Steve had brain surgery to have this tumor removed. The procedure didn't go as expected. In fact, his surgeons said that it was one of the worst brain tumors they've seen. They removed the entire tumor but it left him with right side facial paralysis, total deafness in his right ear and balance issues. On June 26th, he had surgery to place a weight in his eye to help it close. He had surgery again on July 20th, 2017 to try and repair the nerve to his smile and stitch his eye so it will close all the way. Results will take up to 6 months. He will also undergo months of balance physical therapy to help him with his daily functions. Please continue to keep him in your thoughts as he recovers! 

With the time off of work for both Kim and Steve and the medical bills coming in; we wanted to help the couple by raising any money that we could. The surgeries and future care will not be covered fully by Steve's insurance. Any donations will truly be appreciated!
