Myras surgery horse riding accident

What I'm raising money for:
Hi everyone, unfortunately I was in a horseback riding accident, I was thrown off my horse and then dragged for about 15 feet when my boot got caught on the saddle. I have bruising and abrasions on my face down to my legs. My worse injuries are the fractures to my left arm/wrist. A post reduction of the wrist was done however unfortunately I am requiring surgery.

How the money will be used:
I currently have a temporary cast, my left wrist/arm has multiple breaks/fractures- a dislocated ulna, shattered radius, and another break to a smaller one. I  am needing surgery this week to insert a plate and for the best chance of having full use of my arm/hand again. Although I do have insurance not everything is covered and I am having out of pocket medical expenses of 10% of the entire hospital stay/surgery cost, with up front costs of around $1,000 for copays and doctor fees before surgery can be performed 

Why this is important to me:
This surgery is very important and needed in order for me to hopefully make a full recovery of my left arm/wrist. As per the orthopedic surgeon, if I do not have the surgery I will have long term deformations including limited range of motion, pain, and early onset arthritis. I'm scared but I am grateful that I wasn't injured worst due to the severity and nature of the accident. Any help at all is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
